Nylon 6/6 is a general-purpose nylon that can be both molded and extruded. Nylon 6/6 has good mechanical properties and wear resistance. It is frequently used when a low cost, high mechanical strength, rigid and stable material is required. Nylon is highly water absorbent and will swell in watery environments.

Injection Molding Process

Thermoplastic Injection Molding: Hankscraft enables the design and production of tools, dies and molds for rapid tooling, prototyping and mass production.

Overmolding: Produce high-quality, multi-material parts by injecting a thermoplastic elastomer or silicone rubber material directly onto a rigid plastic substrate.

Insert Molding: A metal preformed part is loaded into a mold and subsequently overmolded with plastic to produce the final part.

1. The surface of the product is smooth and flat, without burrs, cracks, and obvious defects such as deformation and impurities.
Insignificant gate processing traces and non-serious repair traces are allowed, and product parts selected by both the supplier
and the buyer are allowed to be used as samples for visual inspection.

2. The color of the product should meet the technical requirements of drawings and samples, there should be no obvious color difference,
the color should be uniform, and the product with pattern requirements on the surface should have clear lines.

3. The surface of the product should be clean without mold release agents, water spots and other dirt
